We don't like to hold too much of our client's money and it also costs a percentage to refund so the less we hold the better.
On the other hand if our driver has to drive a long distance to the pick up he / she is then committed to doing the whole journey even if there is no one there which is why we take the whole amount for these.
Tickets to attractions are non refundable or transferable because once we have purchased them on your behalf we can not get our money back, re sell or change them to a different time or date if you decide to cancel.
Every time we get a booking we are charged percentage as a card processing fee and another by our booking system, if we refund then we are then charged yet another processing fee by the card payment service.
If we have to cancel or refund due to a problem on our side you will then receive a full refund at our cost.
Airports and cruise terminals are very busy places and it is sometimes difficult to locate our passengers. Also on the rare occasion we have problems getting to you due to road closures etc we need to be able to contact you so you are aware.
All prices quoted are per vehicle apart from entrance tickets which are per person.
Yes, the company is licensed by Eastleigh Borough Council. All of the drivers hold Private Hire or Hackney Carriage licenses and hold a DBS which is an enhanced criminal record check, all of the vehicles used will also hold a Private Hire or Hackney Carriage vehicle license.
It is a requirement that all of our drivers speak English fluently, we have very high standards of customer service and all of our drivers have been in the industry for years!
Yes, we all have mobile card payment devices in our vehicles, some of us have 2!
We usually only accept Pounds Sterling (£) at the end of the journey but we may also take Euros and USA dollars if this has been prearranged with us. Please note all paper bank notes have been discontinued and are no longer legal tender.
We don't want to have to leave any luggage or people behind because they won't fit! This has nearly happened in the past. We do have a roof luggage box available for our Mercedes and larger vehicles if required at extra cost.
