Overview

Visit one of England’s most famous country houses on a private tour from Southampton to Highclere Castle, instantly recognisable worldwide as the filming location of Downton Abbey.

Set in the beautiful Hampshire–Berkshire countryside, Highclere is a working Victorian estate and the ancestral home of the Earl of Carnarvon. This is a relaxed, private excursion designed around cruise schedules and the official opening times of the castle.

  • Popular dates sell out quickly
  • Interior access is only available during public opening periods

All tours are therefore subject to availability at Highclere Castle.
